(Since extra material is needed, the product size will be slightly smaller.) Standard materials of 1000×2000mm can be punched out directly. In addition to being able to process large products, we can increase the number of die placements to improve work efficiency and increase the yield by maximizing the use of raw materials. In addition to this 200t press machine, we also have two 100t press machines. Feature 2: [Ability to Suppress "Taiko" Deformation] When punching, the cross-section deforms and takes on a "taiko" shape. Our company can suppress this "taiko" deformation to a certain extent.
